bug report (6): ocrad

OCRAD is a free OCR software that is part of the gnu project. It is an excellent product when speed is more important than accuracy (see a review and another). Although its sortof more intended for linux and gcc (or cygwin), I was able to get it running on Windows with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and also find four bugs, of which I corrected one, the author corrected another, and I was able to provide a workaround for a third and a fourth.

Update: fixed in pre-release.
